Welcome to Soulmade Crafts. These Terms of Use govern your access to soulmadecrafts.com and your purchase and use of products offered through the Site.

In these Terms, “Soulmade Crafts,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Soulmade Crafts LLC. “Site” refers to soulmadecrafts.com and any related pages, features, or services operated by us.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Returns Policy, and any additional policies or product-specific notices displayed on the Site.

Please do not use the Site if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase through the Site.

A parent or legal guardian may allow a minor to use the Site under their supervision. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor’s use of the Site and any resulting transactions.

The Site may be used only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

Certain features may allow you to create a customer account.

You agree to:

• Protect your login credentials

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and other details accurately.

• Product dimensions may vary slightly
• Colors may appear different under different lighting
• Packaging and presentation may change
• Photographs may include props that are not part of the purchase
• Product information may occasionally contain errors

Unless expressly stated otherwise, models, displays, props, stands, decorative objects, and accessories shown in product photography are not included.

4. Handmade and Small-Batch Variations

Many Soulmade products are shaped, woven, painted, decorated, assembled, or finished by hand. Some are also created using natural or individually produced materials.

Subtle differences in the following are natural characteristics of handcrafted products:

• Color and tone
• Texture
• Pattern
• Shape
• Size
• Weave
• Brushwork
• Surface finish
• Placement of decorative details

These variations make each piece distinct and are not ordinarily considered defects.

Significant damage, an incorrect item, or a product that materially differs from its description remains subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

5. Product Care, Use, and Safety

You are responsible for reviewing and following all product descriptions, material information, measurements, warnings, application instructions, and care guidance provided on the Site, packaging, or product inserts.

Products should be used only for their intended purpose.

Jewelry, press-on nails, accessories, and decorative products may include small components. They are not toys and should be kept away from young children and pets.

Individual sensitivities to metals, finishes, paints, coatings, clay, adhesives, and other materials may vary.

Unless a product is specifically identified as hypoallergenic, we do not represent that it will be suitable for every individual sensitivity.

Discontinue use if you experience irritation, discomfort, or an unexpected reaction.

Press-On Nails and Adhesives

Follow all application, removal, and safety instructions provided with the product and any adhesive being used.

Do not apply press-on nails or adhesive to injured, irritated, infected, or otherwise compromised nails or surrounding skin.

Avoid contact between adhesive and the eyes, mouth, and unintended areas of skin. Keep nail products and adhesives away from children and pets.

Soulmade Crafts is not responsible for injury or product damage resulting from misuse, improper application or removal, unauthorized alteration, or failure to follow the provided instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Product Availability

Many products are created or sourced in limited quantities. Product availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to:

• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products
• Restrict sales to certain locations
• Decline orders that appear fraudulent
• Decline orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale
• Cancel an order when a product is unavailable
• Modify product details when reasonably necessary

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled item.

7. Prices, Promotions, and Errors

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product descriptions, availability, and shipping charges may change without notice.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

The Site may occasionally contain errors relating to:

We reserve the right to correct errors and, where permitted by law, cancel or adjust an affected order. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

• The applicable order charges may be submitted for payment

10. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, processing times, cancellations, returns, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms of Use.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, incomplete addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

11. Gift Cards, Discounts, and Promotions

Gift cards, discount codes, giveaways, and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discounts have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied to previous orders
• Certain products may be excluded
• Only one discount code may be used per order
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law
• Promotions may be changed or ended where permitted by law

We may cancel or refuse a promotion that is used fraudulently, abusively, or contrary to its stated terms.

12. Reviews and Customer Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content.

You retain ownership of the content you create. When you intentionally submit content for public display, you grant Soulmade Crafts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and promote that content in connection with our business.

This license does not automatically apply to photographs or information submitted privately for customer service. We will request separate permission before using private customer-service content publicly for marketing.

You represent that content you submit:

• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Is owned by you or used with permission
• Does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or harmful
• Does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Does not misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may decline to publish or may remove content that violates these Terms. We are not obligated to publish, monitor, or retain every submission.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent customers from providing honest reviews or opinions about our products or business.

13. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including the Soulmade Crafts name, logos, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, designs, text, layout, and website elements—are owned by or licensed to Soulmade Crafts LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce Site content
• Use product photographs for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from Site content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content
• Frame or mirror the Site
• Use automated systems to collect or reproduce Site content
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Soulmade Crafts

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Site or purchase of a product.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will always be available or uninterrupted
• The Site will be completely free from errors
• Every defect will be corrected immediately
• Product colors will appear identically on every device
• All information will remain current at all times

Nothing in these Terms excludes any express product warranty provided by Soulmade Crafts or any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Soulmade Crafts LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability arising from a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulmade Crafts LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, you and Soulmade Crafts agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Collin County, Texas.

Nothing in this section limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, product-specific notices, and any additional terms displayed during a transaction, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soulmade Crafts regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Site, business practices, products, or legal obligations.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
